·         Spouses can be excluded, unless they are a registered/co-registered owner.

·         We can exclude registered or co-registered owners, other than the spouse/co-insured.

·         Washington State requires the company name on the NDE. EOD has created a tag that adds it automatically.

·         One signature is required on the NDE form. However, if one of the named insureds is the driver to be excluded, the other named insured (not excluded) must sign the form.
