·         Spouses can be excluded in all companies unless they are a registered/co-registered owner.

·         We can exclude registered or co-registered owners, other than the spouse/co-insured.

·         The exclusion does not remove GEICO's obligations for the legal liability of the named insured. For example, the named insured still has legal liability for a driver under the age of 18. Therefore we do not offer named driver exclusions to drivers under 18 in any company.

·         The named insured cannot be excluded.

·         One signature is required on the NDE form. However, if one of the named insureds is the driver to be excluded, the other named insured (not excluded) must sign the form.
